Clients Vaughan Constructions has partnered with ISPT which reached another milestone in Logistics & Warehousing development pipeline, commencing construction of the first facility at Bessemer Business Park in Blacktown, NSW. A strategic infill redevelopment site, Bessemer Business Park is located in Sydney’s growing North West, with direct access to one of the main connection roads, the M7.

Initial stage 1 warehouse has been preleased to tenants, who are taking 3,600 sqm of the 12,600 sqm facility,

In line with our commitment to Environmental, Safety and Governance best practice, the property will feature LED lighting, rainwater harvesting and a 99kw solar panel system on each tenancy.
