PACEARCHITECTS were engaged for Architectural consulting services by Mainbrace Constructions to deliver this cold storage facility for Lederer Group.
Greenacre Cold Storage required a new distribution centre containing multiple freezers and cold rooms to be built in Greenacre, Sydney. The project specified for PIR insulated panel. ASKIN Performance Panels installed the 14,000 m2 of interior cold room panel, ceilings and doors.
The result for Greenacre is an airtight temperature-controlled facility built to IPCA Code of Practice and NCC/BCA Group 2. Greenacre Cold Stores now has four freezers, two dairy chillers, load out area and loading docks.
