Flight simulator training hall warehouse with adjacent 3 storey education facility for pilots and cabin crew and operator control centre offices, St, Peter’s NSW –– Exterior architectural design (façade and roof) for State Significant DA and preliminary construction tender documentation. Client: Logos. Operator: Civil Aviation Education (CAE) in partnership with Qantas. Status: Awaiting approval from the State Significant Independent Planning Commission. (Size: 6510 m2 of industrial, office and classroom floor space)

Bluescope MCL7 Expansion, Templar Road, Erskine Park, NSW

Industrial warehouse development expansion of the existing Bluescope CPL8 facility in Erskine Park NSW – Exterior architectural design (façade and roof) for state significant DA.  Custom designed materials processing and metal sheet cladding manufacturing facility with 3 varying bay heights and associated auxiliary buildings comprising electrical equipment plant / transformer rooms and additional offices, both new and existing to be extended. Client: Bluescope (Size:  Warehouse 10,468 sqm, Office 1,454 sqm)

Coca Cola Amatil Expansion, Roussel Road, Eastern Creek NSW

Industrial warehouse with 2 x 2 storey offices, Eastern Creek NSW – – Exterior architectural design for state significant DA and commercial office interiors fit-out concept documentation. Client: Logos Status: Awaiting approval from the State Significant Independent Planning Commission (Size: 26, 318 sqm of Warehouse and office space)

The Lock Up, Retail / Industrial Units, Green Street, Brookvale NSW
